Sometimes it’s difficult to know where to turn, who to reach out to, or where you can seek help. Below you will find a list of useful helplines and services for numerous topics surrounding mental health and support.

The following list is not comprehensive – there are other options to be found. Many organizations operate a means-related sliding scale of fees or ask for a donation and some have a waiting list for concessionary places.
